Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for institutional partnerships, field-based marketing, and operational coordination to ensure the smooth conduct of workshops. This role demands strong English communication skills for sales and marketing, professional maturity, and confidence in engaging with senior academics, school management, and international mentors.

This is NOT a telemarketing role.
This position involves field marketing and in-person institutional engagement, including meetings, presentations, and on-site coordination.

The role requires regular travel within and around Calicut for institutional meetings and workshop execution.
All official travel expenses are fully covered by the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional Business Development & Field Marketing

• Develop partnerships with Class-A schools, colleges, and academic institutions
• Market Aeloria Academy’s leadership and communication workshops through in-person meetings and presentations
• Conduct discussions with principals, academic heads, and management teams
• Prepare proposals, MoUs, and partnership documentation; support deal closures
• Represent Aeloria Academy during institutional visits and official engagements

Workshop Operations & On-Ground Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of workshops conducted by international mentors
• Work closely with school authorities to manage scheduling, logistics, and on-site requirements
• Act as the primary on-ground point of contact during workshops
• Ensure professionalism, punctuality, and smooth program delivery

Client & Academic Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior academics and institutional leaders
• Understand institutional needs and propose customized learning solutions
• Serve as the key liaison for partner institutions

Strategic & Organizational Support

• Support management with institutional feedback, market insights, and growth opportunities
• Assist in expansion initiatives and new institutional collaborations

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Educational Marketing, or B2B Field Sales
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) for sales, presentations, and marketing
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
• Experience dealing with schools, colleges, or academic institutions preferred
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact confidently with high-profile academics and leadership teams
• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Willingness to travel frequently within Calicut and nearby areas
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
