We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales and Services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with a strong focus on international markets, including the US and other overseas territories.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, online bidding platforms, and internal databases such as ZoomInfo and Data.com.
  • Make initial contact via email, LinkedIn, and

    cold calling

    to qualify leads and present tailored service offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate Web/Mobile app and Web application development services.
  • Generate new business relationships and negotiate revenue targets as per agreed goals.
  • Manage and track all client interactions through the CRM system.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure, ensuring consistent engagement and account management.
  • Prepare detailed and customized proposals/bids based on complex project requirements.
  • Independently handle mid-level technical conversations and proposal presentations.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within specified timelines.
  • Continuously develop lead generation strategies to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
  • Effectively communicate with international clients and write persuasive sales messages and proposals.
  • Be proactive in following up with leads, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Stay updated with trending technologies in Web and Mobile development to hold insightful discussions with prospects.
  • Proven ability to ‘hunt’ for new business consistently and close deals successfully.

  • Proven experience in

    IT Sales and Services

    with a focus on international markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Sound understanding of current Web and Mobile technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering, cost estimation, and proposal preparation.
  • Hands-on experience in

    cold calling

    and client acquisition strategies.
  • Persistent in follow-ups and dedicated to achieving targets.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
