Business Development Executive

As a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive at Banter Marketo, a premier digital marketing agency based in Delhi, India, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for the digital marketing services offered by the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead generation & prospecting:** Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and follow-ups on inbound leads. - **Sales pipeline management:** Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract signing utilizing our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - **Consultative selling:** Perform needs assessments and present tailored digital marketing solutions that directly address client pain points and business objectives. - **Proposal & presentation development:** Develop compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers. - **Negotiation & closing:** Negotiate terms, handle objections, and effectively close new business deals. **Qualifications Required:** - Candidates with 0-2 years of work experience in sales and business development within the digital marketing industry, including freshers. - Preferably holding a bachelor's degree or a relevant field. Please note that this is a full-time, office-based role located at Pearls Omaxe Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi. The working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, and the CTC ranges from INR 16,677 to INR 25,000. The preferred mode of work is from the office only, and immediate joining is required.
