Job role: We are looking for a dynamic business development executive to drive sales of our client's US accounting services. The ideal candidate will generate leads, convert prospects, and build a strong client base among US startups and mid-sized companies. This role requires strong B2B sales skills, strategic outreach, and a solid understanding of accounting services.

Job details:

• Position: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
• Experience: 1-4 yrs.
• Education: +2, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation
• Location: Sec-74 Mohali
• Package: 50k - 60k CTC
• Full-time, Work from office
• 5 days working, Flexible US Shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of B2B sales/lead generation experience (US market preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting services (basic accounting knowledge required)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales funnels, CRM, outreach tools
• Excellent English communication and strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets (2–4 clients/month)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales for US Accounting Services in the US market
• Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn outreach, sales funnels, campaigns, SEMrush, and cold prospecting
• Create and manage sales funnels to improve conversion rates
• Conduct discovery calls, present services, and close clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based startups and SMBs
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales tracking and CRM updates
