As part of scaling our capabilities and strengthening our regional presence, we are actively expanding our business development team across key cities in India. We're looking for motivated professionals who share our passion for innovation, creativity, and client success.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and opportunities within your assigned region.
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead database using CRM tools.
  • Craft personalized cold emails, LinkedIn outreach messages, and pitch follow-ups.
  • Track RFPs, tenders, market trends, and event opportunities relevant to our services.
  • Fix appointments and schedule meetings with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend client meetings, both independently and with leadership, to understand requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate intro calls and demos for the CEO and leadership team.
  • Collaborate on pitch decks, proposals, and lead nurturing efforts with the creative and tech team.
  • Own the end-to-end lead sales cycle — from discovery and outreach to warm handoff for closure.



What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong interest or experience in marketing, creative industries, experiential tech, or brand activations.
  • Excellent English writing, email communication, and verbal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in tools like LinkedIn , Google Workspace, and any CRM platform (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Based in or willing to work from Bangalore, Cochin, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, or Delhi (on-site only).


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in event marketing, ad-tech, or agency sales.
  • Comfort with proposal building, market segmentation, and competitor research.
  • Exposure to industries like FMCG, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle.
