Job Summary: Asian Adores, a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium leather products, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Officer . The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in domestic B to B sales , lead generation , and strategic business growth. The candidate must be tech-savvy and possess excellent market analysis skills to drive expansion. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Sales: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in both domestic and international markets. Lead Generation: Identify and establish new business opportunities through market research, networking, and online tools. Technology Utilization: Leverage digital platforms like Alibaba.com, Indiamart.com , and Amazon Business, CRM tools, and data analytics to optimize sales performance and improve customer engagement. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, production, and operations) and provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a business development role, preferably in corporate B to B sales. Should have excellent contacts with buyers and decision makers in the corporate gifting world. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and generate high-value business opportunities. Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, lead generation tools, and digital marketing strategies. Communication & Networking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to network and build long-term business relationships. Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies for business expansion.
