Job TitleBusiness Development Executive – International Staffing / RPO About UsWe are a growing recruitment / staffing / RPO company aiming to expand into the US, Canada, and UAE markets. We provide end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing, staff augmentation, and workforce solutions to clients globally. Job SummaryWe are looking to hire Business Development (BD) / Sales Executives who will focus on generating new clients directly in the USA first, then Canada, and then UAE. You will be responsible for outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls), prospecting, building pipelines, and closing deals (or handing over to delivery teams). Experience in staffing / RPO is a plus but not mandatory — we will train you in the domain. What matters most is drive, communication skills, willingness to learn, and a results mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify and target potential clients / decision-makers (HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, procurement) in US → Canada → UAE Use LinkedIn outreach (InMails, connections), cold emails, cold calling, follow-ups Qualify leads, schedule meetings / discovery calls Present service offerings (RPO, staffing, workforce solutions) and co-create proposals Negotiate contract terms (with guidance) and close deals / get LOIs Maintain and update CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) with pipeline, activity, status Collaborate with recruitment / delivery teams to ensure service delivery Track metrics / KPIs (number of calls, meeting set, proposals sent, deals closed) Learn market, competitor landscape, verticals, pricing trends Continuous self-learning & adaptation to improve outreach methodologies
