Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team and drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential industries, and target markets.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports on business development activities.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in IT sales / software services sales (Web & Mobile App development preferred).
• Knowledge of sales tools, CRM, and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT industry.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹25,078.25 per month
