Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you ll identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and build client relationships to fuel company growth. You ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams, conduct market research, and play a key role in expanding the customer base in a fast-paced setting and track performance through KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Find and qualify potential clients. Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Schedule and attend client meetings... Support the sales team in developing proposals and closing sales deals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM. Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and lead strategies. Track performance using KPIs. Qualifications and Skills: Must have education: B. Pharm or M. Pharm, B.Sc or M.Sc Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related fields. MBA is a plus. 0-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
