About the Company

Amber Enterprises India Ltd, headquartered in Gurugram, is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of room air conditioners and components for major consumer durable brands in India. Founded in 1990, it also serves the mobility sector with HVAC solutions for railways, metros, and defense.


The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality, and supply chain) to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical discussions, and commercial offers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success


Required Skills


  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in the automotive sector
