We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via networking, online research, and other channels.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Support: Assist in proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Strategy Development: Support the creation and execution of BD strategies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and articulate the company’s offerings clearly.


🔹 Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Analytical thinking and market awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized with strong time management
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience must in sales/business development
