Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colaba, for a Technical Document Writer. The Technical Document Writer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing technical documents, manuals, and user documentation in a clear and concise manner. Daily tasks include collaborating with technical teams to collect and interpret complex information, organizing and presenting information logically, proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity, and ensuring adherence to documentation standards. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining document archives and assisting in developing best practices for document creation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Writing, Document Creation, and producing user manuals and help guides
• Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and ensuring accuracy of technical content
• Proficiency in Research and Information Gathering for comprehension and clarity
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and technical documentation software
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into easily understandable content
• Knowledge of agile methodology and understanding of the software development lifecycle is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
