Role & responsibilities - We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation for our ERP solutions through data mapping, email marketing, and cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Data Mapping & Research Identify and organize potential clients, track industry trends, and maintain CRM records. Email Marketing Create and send targeted cold emails, track responses, and optimize campaigns for engagement. Cold Calling & Lead Generation Make initial calls, introduce ERP solutions, handle objections, and schedule meetings with decision-makers. Preferred candidate profile - 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or cold calling (preferably in IT/ERP). Strong research, communication, and persuasion skills.
