Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Handling & Sales:

Conduct inbound and outbound calls on leads generated through the companys marketing efforts.
Pitch home loan products effectively and ensure successful closures.

Customer Counselling:

Communicate clearly and effectively with prospects to provide detailed information about home loan products.
Address customer queries and concerns, offering appropriate solutions.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the organization.

Creditworthiness Evaluation:

Assess basic creditworthiness and eligibility of customers by reviewing their profile, basic documents, and monthly income.

Lead Follow-ups:

Ensure regular follow-ups by passing qualified leads to relevant team members with complete profile information, customer requirements, and lead sources.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate degree with basic computer knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently pitch products.

Ability to think on your feet and understand customer needs quickly

Basic knowledge of home loan processes and documentation.
