Business Development Executive

Your responsibilities will include contacting and following up with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, explaining Aimlay's services effectively to convert leads into successful enrollments, conducting need-based counseling to understand clients" educational requirements, delivering compelling online presentations and product demonstrations, building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals, and maintaining updated records of communications and follow-ups. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, admission counseling, or a related field, excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, strong active listening and problem-solving abilities, a confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach, and be capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks.
