We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in international IT sales, especially in acquiring clients from the USA through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels. --- Key Roles & Responsibilities 🔍 Lead Generation & Bidding Search and identify high-potential projects and clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Bark, and other portals. Write winning proposals and ensure a high response rate from clients. Generate qualified leads and maintain a solid lead pipeline. 📧 Email Campaigns & Client Follow-up Create and send personalized email sequences to attract potential clients. Follow up consistently through emails, LinkedIn DMs, and messages to convert leads. 🧠 Client Engagement & Meetings Initiate first-level communication and schedule client meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare pitches and solutions as per client requirements. 🛠 Sales Tools & CRM Usage Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM systems. Report daily/weekly progress and insights to the team lead or manager. 🧭 Platform Mastery Expertly use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork filters, and lead generation tools.
