Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities across industries and build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored IT solutions. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design, proposal creation, and demonstrations. IT Hardware Sales Expertise Manage end-to-end sales of IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and peripherals . Work closely with OEMs and distributors (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.) to source competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery. Understand technical specifications and recommend hardware configurations based on customer requirements. Negotiate pricing, warranty, and support terms to deliver optimal value to clients while maintaining profitability. Stay updated on the latest hardware trends, emerging technologies, and vendor programs to provide value-driven solutions. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of hardware deliveries. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers for repeat hardware business and upgrades. Client & Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and IT decision-makers. Work collaboratively with OEM and distributor channel teams for joint sales activities and marketing initiatives. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support. Sales Operations & Team Leadership Prepare techno-commercial proposals , quotations, and tender responses (RFPs/RFQs). Monitor sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports. Mentor and support the internal sales team to achieve collective targets. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. 5-10 years of experience in IT solution sales, B2B sales, or enterprise technology sales. Strong understanding of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.), IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and technology decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and leadership abilities. Experience in working with OEMs and IT distributors is an added advantage.
