About the Role

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 03 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
