Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in ERP and SaaS-based sales. The role focuses on driving business growth in a target-oriented environment while managing the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
➤ Identify and engage potential clients for ERP & SaaS solutions
➤ Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
➤ Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
➤ Understand client business requirements and propose suitable solutions
➤ Deliver product demos and professional presentations to prospects
➤ Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment
➤ Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Software Sales
✔ Strong hands-on exposure to ERP & SaaS solutions
✔ Proven background in target-driven B2B sales
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Experience handling corporate clients and key stakeholders
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
