Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Technical Program Manager located in Coimbatore. The Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program management, lead cross-functional project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and managing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, allocating resources, solving technical challenges, and ensuring projects meet timelines and quality objectives. The role also includes monitoring project progress, addressing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale programs effectively.
• Proficient in Software Development and Product Management, with experience in delivering technical solutions aligned to business goals.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision-making and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in Agile methodology and managing system development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum Master are advantageous.
