Job Description

Location: Hyderabad(Hitech City-KTC illumination(Opposite to Westin Hotel))

Position Overview:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Activities:

    • Handle outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, promoting the companys products and services.
    • Engage in conversations to identify client needs and effectively present solutions.
  2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

    • Identify and qualify leads for the sales team by gathering necessary information and understanding prospective clients' requirements.
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  3. Sales Engagement:

    • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations over the phone/online, focusing on smaller accounts and ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
    • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services to prospective clients.
  4. Client Follow-up:

    • Assist in follow-up communication through calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Remain engaged with prospects throughout the sales process to ensure high satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  5. Database Management:

    • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients in the GCC market, including detailed contact information and email addresses.
    • Conduct research to identify new potential leads and keep the database updated with accurate and relevant information.
  6. Collaboration with Sales Team:

    • Support the sales team in their efforts by providing updates on lead status and collaborating on sales strategies.
    • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving lead generation and sales processes.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation Skills:

    • Ability to persuade and influence prospective clients over the phone and through written communication.
  • Organizational Skills:

    • Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain the client database efficiently.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    • Basic understanding of IT products and services, with a willingness to learn more about the company's offerings.
  • Customer-oriented Mindset:

    • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to help clients find the best solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with less than one year of experience in sales, marketing, or the IT industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
