Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have internship or early professional experience in telesales or customer handling, and a strong interest in business consultancy services. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided leads database. * Explain company services related to business registration, GST, compliance, etc. * Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable services accordingly. * Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures. * Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM. * Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions. * Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery support when required. Desired Candidate Profile: * Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. * Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. * Basic understanding of business registration and compliance is a plus. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
