Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and hunting.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for SaaS products.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Software Sales.
  • Proven track record of success in New Client Acquisition and New Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of TMS (Transport Management System) and SAAS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
