Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have internship or early professional experience in telesales or customer handling, and a strong interest in business consultancy services. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided leads database. • Explain company services related to business registration, GST, compliance, etc. • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable services accordingly. • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures. • Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions. • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery support when required. Desired Candidate Profile: • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. • Basic understanding of business registration and compliance is a plus. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
