Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Promote Sales and business development of ProSIM engineering services in the areas related all energy verticals.
Promote ProSIM activities in power plants, nuclear energy, oil and gas, off-shore, renewables,
promote ProSIM offerings including detailed engineering, (mechanical, civil & structural, piping engineering, electrical, instrumentation & control); Structural integrity assessment - Fitness for service (FFS), remaining life assesment and extension (RLA/RLE); design verification and design optimisation using finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), multi-physics simulation; development of digital twins, etc.
Demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales and business development, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Identify potential clients, establish new business relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.
Gather and comprehend customer technical requirements and challenges, and relay them clearly to ProSIMs technical delivery teams.
Travel to customer locations across India as required for business development and client engagement.
Take ownership of responsibilities, show initiative, and work independently when needed.
Deliver clear and impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build strong interpersonal relationships and demonstrate effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
