Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: οƒ˜ Getting Business from Existing Client & New reference generation οƒ˜ Quotation preparation & follow-up till the order confirmation οƒ˜ Preparing Business plans for all projects to achieve the desired target οƒ˜ Searching New Customers from Resources of customers. (i.e. Export data, B2B Portals, Website, Exhibitions, B2B Meeting & Visits etc.) οƒ˜ Branding & activity – CRM Activity. οƒ˜ Discussing achievement / progress on target with management οƒ˜ Making Report Analysis through charts / graph & presenting monthly. (Report of same will be presented quarterly). οƒ˜ Providing training to Sales and Marketing Members. οƒ˜ Monitoring all sales transactions reviewing all customer response for all orders and payment. Regularly supervising the work assigned to them and directing them. οƒ˜ Resolving the queries of Customers related to whole Shipment. οƒ˜ Feedback Collection from customers after completing shipment. οƒ˜ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word οƒ˜ Strong communication skills in English – both spoken and written οƒ˜ Excellent management, organizational and customer service skills: knowledge of export laws and regulations (Sea Frights) οƒ˜ Good Communication (English-Speak/Write) & French (Speak/write) οƒ˜ Technical Skills (MS Office, Web search) οƒ˜ Negotiation skills οƒ˜ Time & Team Management Salary Range: Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: β‚Ή25,000.00 - β‚Ή30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
