About Tellus Habitat: Tellus Habitat is an environmental innovation company developing decentralized wastewater treatment and reuse technologies such as R3H2O and Neervana. Our solutions promote circular water systems, sustainable sanitation, and eco-restoration in cities, parks, and public toilets. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Coordinator (BDM Coordinator) to support outreach, proposal preparation, and coordination with municipal bodies, consultants, and partners across India. The role involves assisting in market development, lead tracking, and execution of pilot and partnership projects. Key Responsibilities: Support the Director in government and institutional outreach Coordinate leads, follow-ups, and documentation for new projects Maintain partner database and update project progress Liaise with vendors and field teams for pilot implementation Conduct basic market research and competitor mapping Desired Profile: Diploma/Graduate in Environmental Science, or Engineering, (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in business development or project coordination Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills Interest in sustainability, water, or cleantech sector Benefits: Opportunity to work on live urban innovation and sustainability projects Exposure to government collaborations and national-scale programs Flexible working options and field learning opportunities
