Responsibilities: Support fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning of pre-fabricated Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) . Operate, monitor, and maintain STP equipment, including pumps, blowers, motors, and control panels. Conduct routine inspections and performance checks on sewage treatment processes such as aeration, filtration, and sludge management. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety standards. Maintain daily operation logs , record system performance data, and prepare regular reports. Requirements: Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade. Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in pre-fabricated STP . Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, blowers, control panels. Water treatment processes knowledge is optional. Additional Skills: Ability to safely handle chemical dosing , sludge management , and maintenance of compact or modular STP units. Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
