The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the compDesignation: Business Development Manager

Location: Dwarka Sector 5, New Delhi

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 Days a Week)

Key Qualifications:

• Proven track record in selling digital services to leading brands and corporates.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of digital services and their value to clients.
• Skilled in lead generation, proposal writing, pitching, and closing sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the digital sector.
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
• Generate high-quality leads and win new projects/accounts.
• Build strong business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.
• Write compelling business proposals and deliver persuasive client pitches.
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and meet revenue/margin targets.
• Represent the company at events and conferences as a brand ambassador.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and showcase initiative and drive.
• Travel as required.
