Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
Understand and articulate the product features, value, benefits, and limitations
Generate and qualify leads through various digital and offline channels
Convert leads into clients through product demos, follow-ups, and relationship management
Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
Influence buying decisions and drive conversion with consultative selling
Improve the quality of the sales funnel and opportunity pipeline
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct detailed market analysis, SWOT, and risk assessments
Identify competitors, benchmark their offerings, and differentiate our value proposition
Track market trends, client needs, and changes in hiring behavior
Marketing & Demand Generation:
Design and implement online and offline marketing strategies
Manage digital campaigns including Paid Search, Social Ads, SEO, and SEM
Build strong organic presence through content, social media, and engagement
Run Demand Generation campaigns for lead nurturing and acceleration
Develop and execute growth hacking initiatives
Brand & Channel Strategy:
Support in brand development, positioning, and communication
Assist in building channel partnerships and implementing Partner Enablement Programs (PEP)
Contribute to overall marketing strategy and initiatives
Team Collaboration & Customer Success:
Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and development teams
Participate in product roadmap updates, representing voice of customer
Ensure customer success by acting as a trusted relationship manager
Represent the company in hiring forums, events, podcasts, and relevant communities
Reporting, Tools & Metrics:
Use CRM, project management, and marketing tools effectively (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.)
Build and manage an offshore marketing team and set KPIs
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights
Plan and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact
Key Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in SaaS/Product-based companies)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand digital products
Experience in product sales, online marketing, and lead generation
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media strategies
Proficiency in SWOT analysis, business process analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Hands-on with CRM, email marketing tools, analytics, and social platforms
Strategic mindset with ability to execute fast in a fast-paced environment
