Job Overview

Business Development Associate


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects (Founders, Partners, CFOs, and other decision-makers).
  • Communicate Xshore’s value proposition effectively, highlighting offshore talent solutions in real estate accounting, finance, and operations.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on business fit and client needs.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to convert interest into meetings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.


Qualifications

  • 2–7 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable meeting high daily activity targets (100+ calls).
  • Basic understanding of real estate, private equity, or outsourcing business models (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
