Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners or sellers, and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to expand the company’s presence and achieve sales and partnership targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new business partners, sellers, or vendors to the platform.
  • Understand client/seller needs and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership or sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and category teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and post-sales support.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
