Job Title — Business Development Manager (Female Only)

About the Role

We are hiring a female BDM with excellent English communication skills who can confidently conduct virtual presentations and attend client visits when required.
This role is ideal for someone with strong speaking skills, business understanding, and a passion for client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual sales presentations to clients (Zoom/Google Meet/etc.)
• Communicate professionally over calls, emails & video meetings
• Attend client visits / field meetings when required
• Manage end-to-end client relationship and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements & provide suitable business solutions
• Maintain CRM data and daily activity reports

Skills Required

✔ Excellent English communication — mandatory
✔ Confident, smart & bold personality✔ Strong convincing, negotiation & presentation skills✔ Basic computer knowledge — Email, MS Office & CRM✔ Interest in Business Development / Client Management

• Females only
• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
• Sales/BD training or experience is an advantage

Salary:-Freshers₹18,000 per monthExperienced (1 year)₹25,000 per month
