The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role requires strong communication skills, market understanding, and a target-oriented mindset. --- Key Responsibilities Generate leads through various online/offline channels Conduct client meetings and deliver business presentations Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions/services Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful deals Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Prepare reports and maintain CRM data Collaborate with marketing & sales teams for campaign execution
