Business Development Associate

Nutrienty Crop Care is a fast-growing agricultural solutions company delivering eco-friendly, high-quality bio-stimulants, micronutrients, bio-fertilizers, plant nutrients, and organic inputs across India. Our mission is to empower farmers with sustainable and effective solutions that improve crop health, yield, and soil quality.

We are expanding our business and looking for female Business Development Associates who are confident, smart, and passionate about growth.

Job Role: Business Development AssociateKey Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field networks.
• Explain product details, benefits, and pricing to potential clients (dealers, distributors, retailers).
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp ads.
• Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up sheets, and CRM entries.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in developing strategies to increase reach and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Support customer service by resolving basic queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Minimum qualification: Any Graduation
• Good communication skills (Odia, Hindi; English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp Business, and calling tools
• Confidence in speaking with customers and handling sales calls
• Ability to learn and explain agricultural products (training provided)
• Good follow-up and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets

Experience

• Freshers can apply
• Experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
