We are expanding our business and looking for female Business Development Associates who are confident, smart, and passionate about growth. Job Role: Business Development AssociateKey Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field networks. Explain product details, benefits, and pricing to potential clients (dealers, distributors, retailers). Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients. Handle inbound inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp ads. Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up sheets, and CRM entries. Assist the Business Development Manager in developing strategies to increase reach and sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions. Support customer service by resolving basic queries.
