Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales associate at Toehold, your responsibilities will include:

• Handle inbound inquiries from website, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs and interests.
• Share relevant tour itineraries, workshops, and service information.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, operations, and tour leaders.
• Stay updated on all tours, pricing, and photography-related offerings.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interest in sales, customer interaction, and the travel industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
