Business Development Associate

ReachCure is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Requirements: - 6 Months-3 years of experience in sales - Proven track record of success in sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Budget: Max 2,40,000-4,00,000 per annum Roles and Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media - Qualify leads and identify potential customers - Develop and present sales proposals to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, paid time off, and work from home option. The work schedule is during the day shift with additional bonuses such as a joining bonus, performance bonus, and shift allowance. Candidates should have the ability to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. A Diploma is preferred for education qualifications. Preferred experience includes 1 year in business development and a total of 1 year of work experience. Knowledge of Hindi language is preferred for effective communication.
