Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, and corporate partners.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase admissions and partnerships.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Track, analyze, and report sales and business development activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and education market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Hindi and Malayalam (Mandatory)
