Collaboration: Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with client needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding processes.
