Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate/Manager at PatentsKart, a leading Intellectual Property (IP) support services firm based in Chandigarh, India, your primary responsibility will be to drive international sales and establish long-lasting business connections with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our business in international markets through strategic outreach and client-centered solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in international sales, cold calling, and client management. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, are essential for effectively engaging with clients and generating leads. Your daily tasks will include conducting outbound calls, web-based prospecting, and emails to identify business opportunities, as well as maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions. You will need to have a good grasp of intellectual property concepts, consulting practices, and the company's services to effectively represent our offerings to potential clients. This position requires you to work full-time from the office in Chandigarh, with a fixed night (USA) shift schedule from Monday to Friday. You will be expected to keep accurate records of client interactions and sales progress, stay updated on competitive products and industry trends, and actively contribute to the growth of the business.
