Associate/ Senior Associate - Patent Research Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Senior Associate – Patent Research Analyst (PRA) to join our growing team. The role involves conducting comprehensive patent research and analysis, delivering accurate and insightful reports, and supporting clients in protecting their innovations and making informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IP-related projects, specifically with US or other international jurisdictions (not domestic/Indian clients).
• Strong understanding of patent laws and IP processes.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct various patent searches such as Patentability, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), Invalidity, State of the Art, Infringement, and EOU/Claim Charts.
• Critically analyze and differentiate inventions from prior art, preparing detailed, high-quality search and analysis reports.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing on IP concepts, patent laws, and best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate project execution while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver insights.

Schedule: Fixed Shift (Monday to Friday)
