Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our business by identifying opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and present suitable products/services as solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM systems with accurate data.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
