Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads across Indian and international fashion brands, private labels, and e-commerce brands.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
  • Pitch Blufeather’s manufacturing capabilities, sustainability practices, and design solutions.
  • Set up discovery and sales meetings for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, sampling) to respond to client inquiries.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on apparel trends and sourcing shifts.

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator with fluent written and spoken English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fashion, textile, or manufacturing.
  • Driven, persistent, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Passionate about fashion, apparel manufacturing, or global sourcing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
