Job Title: Social Media Associate Type: Full-time, In-office About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, fluent English speaker with a passion for content and trends to join our team as a Social Media Associate. This is an in-office role where you’ll be actively involved in building the brand’s digital presence through creative and consistent content across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Communicate fluently in English — both written and spoken — across all client and team interactions Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms Draft engaging captions, scripts, and content ideas that align with the brand’s voice Coordinate with internal teams (designers, editors, photographers) to ensure timely content delivery Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and pop culture to keep content fresh Monitor all social handles for comments, DMs, and engagement, ensuring timely responses Track performance metrics and suggest content or strategy improvements based on data Support campaign launches, influencer coordination, and client shoots Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in social media (agency or brand side preferred) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and copywriting Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Later Basic understanding of reels, stories, and content formats Willingness to be on-site for shoots, brainstorms, and team activities Good to Have: Video editing or reel creation skills Experience with ad platforms and reporting Previous experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment Reporting To: Social Media Manager / Marketing Lead Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
