Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual mentoring. Evaluate students' progress through tests and assessments. Deliver engaging and result-oriented classroom sessions. Keep updated with changing exam patterns and modify teaching content accordingly. Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure timely syllabus coverage. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or related field. Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching (UPSC/Banking) is highly preferred. Excellent command of English grammar and communication. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Familiarity with latest exam syllabi and question patterns. Desirable Traits: Passion for teaching and mentoring. Ability to simplify complex concepts. Comfortable with digital teaching tools and online classes (if applicable).
