Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced English faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction in English language, comprehension, grammar, essay writing, and communication skills tailored for Civil Services and Banking aspirants. Key Responsibilities: Teach English language, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills relevant to UPSC, OPSC, Banking, SSC, and other exams. Prepare students for objective (MCQ) and descriptive English sections. Develop and update study materials, test series, and practice sets. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual mentoring. Evaluate students' progress through tests and assessments. Deliver engaging and result-oriented classroom sessions. Keep updated with changing exam patterns and modify teaching content accordingly. Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure timely syllabus coverage. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or related field. Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching (UPSC/Banking) is highly preferred. Excellent command of English grammar and communication. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Familiarity with latest exam syllabi and question patterns. Desirable Traits: Passion for teaching and mentoring. Ability to simplify complex concepts. Comfortable with digital teaching tools and online classes (if applicable). Proven track record of student success is an added advantage. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualification.
