Job Summary: The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations, administration, academic coordination, and business development of the coaching center. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of classes, managing faculty and staff, maintaining high academic and service standards, and contributing to the growth of the institution. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Administration Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of the coaching center. Supervise administrative staff, front office, and support teams to ensure efficiency and discipline. Oversee student registration, attendance, and feedback systems. Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, classrooms, and learning materials. Implement institutional policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2. Academic Coordination Coordinate with faculty to ensure effective course delivery and class scheduling. Monitor academic quality, student performance, and feedback. Support planning and execution of tests, doubt sessions, and academic events. Maintain strong coordination between academic and administrative departments. 3. Business Development & Marketing Support student admissions through counseling and promotional activities. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seminars, and workshops. Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners. Track enrollment targets and contribute to achieving branch revenue goals. 4. People Management Motivate and lead the team to deliver high performance and customer satisfaction. Identify training and development needs for staff and faculty. Maintain a positive and productive work environment. 5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present periodic reports on operations, admissions, and academic performance. Analyze data to identify improvement areas and support decision-making. --- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or management (preferably in the education/coaching sector). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
