English Faculty

Teach English to Class XI and XII students as per the prescribed syllabus (CBSE / State Board / ISC, as applicable).

Plan and deliver engaging, structured, and result-oriented lectures.

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question banks aligned with board exam patterns.

Conduct regular tests, assessments, and mock examinations; evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.

Focus on improving students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, comprehension, and literature analysis.

Prepare students effectively for board examinations with exam-oriented strategies.

Maintain discipline, attendance records, and academic progress reports of students.

Communicate regularly with academic coordinators and parents regarding student performance.

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities.

Support institutional academic goals and maintain high teaching standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Postgraduate in English (B.A./M.A. in English preferred).

B.Ed. is desirable (not mandatory for coaching institutes).

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Class XI & XII (freshers with strong subject command may apply).

In-depth knowledge of board examination patterns and evaluation schemes.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command over English language (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.

Student-centric approach with a focus on academic results.

Proficiency in using teaching aids, digital tools, and online platforms (if required).

Compensation

As per institutional norms and experience (Negotiable)
