Job Summary: As a Business Development Associate, you will be the face of the company to prospective students and parents. You will be responsible for generating leads, counseling students, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, customer-focused, and has a knack for sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms. Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand their learning needs. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain value propositions. Convert leads into customers through follow-ups and relationship building. Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain CRM systems and report daily activities and pipeline progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and lead-generation efforts. Gather feedback and relay it to product and strategy teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with using CRM tools and other sales software. Nice to Have: Experience in the education sector. Multilingual abilities. Prior inside sales or B2C sales experience.
